1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZovoNotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
ZovoNotes is an AI-powered clinical documentation tool. It records consultations in the browser, processes audio on our secure servers, and returns structured clinical notes. It assists NHS GPs and healthcare professionals with consultation transcription and clinical note generation.
3. Clinical Responsibility
ZovoNotes is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic tool. All generated clinical notes must be reviewed and approved by a qualified healthcare professional before being entered into the patient record. The clinician retains full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.
4. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ZovoNotes in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicence the software.
5. Data Ownership
All clinical data processed by ZovoNotes remains the property of the healthcare provider. Audio recordings are deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not retain, sell, or use patient data for any purpose other than generating clinical notes as requested.
6. Availability
ZovoNotes requires an internet connection to process consultations. Service availability depends on our server infrastructure and your internet connectivity. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide software updates and support as part of paid subscription plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infonova Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ZovoNotes. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
